LASH LIFT & TINT

A lash lift is a chemical process that is used to change the structure and texture of the lashes. Depending on the size of the shield used, the lashes can be lifted more or less dramatically. A lash lift is essentially a modern version of a lash perm.

THE PROCESS

CONSULTATION

Upon arrival, clients must sign a release/liability form and update any necessary information. Before we begin the process, please inform me if you would like to have your lashes tinted. I then inspect your lashes to determine what size silicone shield should be used to give the best results.

CLEANING / SANITATION

You will be asked to lay down. Get comfortable and start your 'lash nap'. The natural eyelash, eyelid and under eye is cleaned/sanitized with Chrissanthie (Ophthalmologist & dermatologist tested/approved). Excess cleanser is removed with sterile water and dried with a cotton round. A complimentary collagen under eye gel patch is placed onto the under eye area to secure your lower lashes while hydrating your skin.

APPLICATION

Once the natural eyelashes are dry, a silicone shield is applied to the eyelid with a mild adhesive. Once in place, your natural lash is positioned onto the silicone shield and the perming solution is applied. The perming solution is removed and a setting solution is applied to set the perm in place. After the setting solution is removed, you have the option of adding a tint. Once all of the previous solutions are completely removed, a nourishing oil is applied.

POST APPOINTMENT & AFTERCARE

After the procedure, do not wet your lashes for 24 hours. I recommend that you sleep on your back and not sideways or have your face placed directly on your pillow. Your lashes are still susceptible to kinks up to 24 hours after the procedure. AFTERCARE is very minimal. I recommend using a lash serum to help strengthen and grow your natural lashes. Moisturize your lashes with a lash moisturizer that is safe your eye area.
